What We Do

Accessibility is not a checkbox. It is the difference between content that reaches every learner and content that leaves millions behind.

Most eLearning platforms have accessibility gaps, they just don't know where. A screen reader that cannot navigate a course menu. A colour contrast ratio that makes text invisible to a learner with low vision. An untagged PDF that assistive technology cannot read. A training video with no captions that excludes deaf employees. A STEM diagram described as “an image” that tells a visually impaired learner nothing.

Margo Learning provides a full spectrum of accessibility services for eLearning platforms, digital courses, academic content, and corporate training materials covering WCAG 2.2 compliance auditing, document remediation, alt-text and image description, and accessible audio and video. Backed by a 25,000+ SME network with deep STEM expertise, we ensure that even the most technically complex educational content is accurately and meaningfully accessible to every learner.

AI in Accessibility

Faster accessibility. Greater scale. No compromise on accuracy.

Margo Learning integrates AI into our accessibility workflows by using automated scanning and AI-assisted drafting as a first-pass efficiency tool. This is always combined with human expert review to ensure nothing is missed and nothing is inaccurate. The result is faster compliance delivery at greater scale, without the quality gaps that come from purely automated approaches.

  • AI-assisted automated accessibility scanning for faster issue detection.
  • AI-assisted alt-text drafting with SME human review for STEM accuracy.
  • AI-powered transcription with human quality review for closed captioning.
  • Automated PDF auto-tagging workflows with expert editorial review.
  • AI-assisted accessibility auditing dashboards for large platform reviews.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions.

WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1 with additional success criteria, most notably for users with cognitive disabilities and mobile accessibility, including Focus Appearance, Dragging Movements, Target Size, and Accessible Authentication. For most organisations, WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the current legal baseline. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is increasingly expected and will become the standard requirement over time. We audit and remediate against both, clearly identifying which issues fall under each version.
