The client is a leading global education company diversified into various verticals ranging from K-12, skilling to corporate learning solutions. They work with various governments and corporates globally.
The Requirement
Develop a series of practical skilling courses under their Vocational Course segment. Major focus was on high-quality video courses and knowledge checks designed to impart hands-on knowledge from industry experts, ultimately making students highly employable.

Resource Capacity
Undertook a total of 12 courses across different sectors to start with. Since a lot of these courses were focused on entry-level technical roles, we selected and on-boarded currently working field experts for active course development.

Successfully developed instructor-led courses with our industry experts and designed rigorous Knowledge Checks for students' assessment. The entire program structure was validated by 8 industry experts.

Training and Assessment
After creating 2 different skilling programs within a month's time, we completed successful beta testing for training stakeholders, leading to a smooth final launch of all courses in subsequent months.
